Skagit Valley Tulip Festival Photos

These are just a few of the images taken at Skagit Valley Tulip Festival in Washington. All images posted here were shot by John Elter Reyes when we visited the place on April 8th, 2017. It was rather windy and it rained later on that day. The sun barely peaks through the cloud.
Tulips and Photographs
Lots of people from all walks of life just enjoying the scenery and admiring the flowers. My family told me we came a little bit early for the Tulip Festival because some of the flower patches are not fully bloomed yet. But still, the rows and rows of flowers was a delightful sight.
I recommend visiting the site each year when you the time. There are a lot of Farm areas where different species of Tulips are on display for the public. The Festival also sells individual species of tulip bulbs on posts. The site also sells food, trinkets and memorabilia.
Plan your trip
Just a quick note, if you plan to bring kids, make them wear waterproof boots since a lot of the pathways through the farm, is all soil. The walkways will become muddy in those months. It is also a bit chilly so don’t forget to bring windbreakers.
As always, have fun with everything you do and share your adventures with your loved ones. Happy Reading.
